Caitlin

Co-Owner of Hidden Talents and accomplished dancer, now finds enjoyment in teaching others.  From the age of 2 Caitlin has known she wanted to be a dancer.  Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern,ETC...her entire life revolved around some type of creative movement.  She grew up dancing for a local Long Beach dance studio where she not only mastered her technique but learned to really apprieciate performing and working with children.  She started teaching at the age of 16. At the age of 17 she formed an All Star Cheer and Dance team.  For the next 7 years she owned and operated every aspect of Long Beach Elite cheerleading and dance team, bringing them from a small, recreational cheer team to an award winning achievement.  While doing so she taught many other dance class for children and adults.  In 2006 she began working for another (to remain nameless) company in Long Beach where she sucessfully built her fan base teaching pole dancing as a fitness.  After several years of working for others she and Gina, her friend and business partner, decided to open their own dance and fitness studio.  They wanted to bring their talents to others in a positive and creative environment.  Caitlin is currently an active member of the IPF and several other dance and fitness organizations. From music videos to live theater, Caitlin has been a part of so much and worked with some of the the dance world's finest.  After a long career in the spotlight she has no plans of stopping now ;)  On to conquering the world of Burlesque!

Kate

Dancing since the age of 3, she has taken everything from ballet to ballroom. However, her true passion is jazz. Throughout her dancing life she has performed in shows for several studios and competed in competitions while on the dance team at Los Alamitos High School. She has also been fortunate enough to have trained under celebrity choreographer Wade Robson in Los Angeles. When it comes to teaching, she has taught all levels, from beginning to advanced and all ages, from preschoolers to adults. In addition to teaching classes at the middle school in Los Alamitos, she was also an assistant to the dance teacher at Los Alamitos High. Dancing has always been her true passion and she enjoys having the opportunity to share this experience with others.

Sarah

Sarah began her journey into yoga the day her son was born and placed on her chest. The moment he looked into her eyes she had an awakening of a peace and tranquility that always lived inside of her that she was never aware of until that moment. She embarked on a journey from that moment on to seek out ways to keep this peace alive and awake inside her. In her search she studied and practiced Japa Meditation where she was able to create a quiet space inside herself as well as a hunger for more of this serenity in her everyday life. This search for peace is what drew her to yoga and peace is what she has found. The path to Yoga is often begun from the outside in but for Sarah it began on the inside and worked its way out to the physical practice of asanas. Sarah has such a fervent desire to share the benefits that Yoga has brought to her own life with any who care to learn. She studied under Diana Pipaloff in the Yoga Shakti 200 hour teaching certification program. She also has a degree in Psychology and has been a behavior therapist for children with pervasive developmental disorders for the past 10 years. Sarah enjoys taking each of her students through the journey of deepening there practice both spiritually and physically. Allowing each student to take there own pace she gives variations as well as adjustments to help them along the path.
