Our schedule is always growing. We also offer private classes, open pole practice time, special routine
classes, performance groups, competition groups, and WEEKLY workshops where you can come and learn something new at a discounted
price!!! Here is a brief description of some of our classes:
Pole1-(Beginners) Very basic, perfect for someone who has never even thought of pole dancing! Simple tricks
are taught in this class. You will learn basic moves through proper hand placement and correct body alignment.
You will be taught how to walk gracefully, use eye contact, and hopefully leave with a better awareness of YOU!
Small routines will be taught as well as an extensive warm-up.
Pole2- (Intermediate)
You are now comfortable wearing your heels, and familiar with the pole, you will learn to put together pole
combinations and be introduced to intermediate pole tricks.
Pole3- (Advanced)
After an extensive warm-up you will work on difficult routines and learn tricks with a higher degree of strength.
The routines will be taught quicker with less review time on basic tricks.
Pole4- (Professional)
Time to work those advanced tricks and combinations into longer routines! This one will definitely make you sweat!
To make this a tad bit more difficult, we may use spinning poles for this class. Go-Go-A great cardiovascular work-out while you dance! A fitness version
of what you would see women doing in all the hot dance clubs! Imagine every inch of your body moving all at once!!!
Grab your go-go boots and lets have some fun!
Jazz-
A traditional style of dance with a sexy flair! Works all your muscles and requires dedication to perfect, not to mention
it's a blast! We offer begining through advanced classes, after a warmup get ready to rock in a new routine each
week!
Hip Hop-A more urban way to work it! Come try some funky routines, learn
how your body works and feel your muscles do incredible new things!
Belly Dance-Tribal
or traditional, this class is great for working out those abs, glutes, and thighs. Shimmy and shake yourself to shape.
Couples Only Intimate Stretch- Something healthy for you both to
do together. Relaxing aqua lights in a candle lit room with soothing music make this a peaceful atmosphere. Hands
on partner stretching along with communication help strengthen your relationship, as well as your mind and body.
Burlesque-A sexy style of dance that is making a comeback! Old school teasing at
it's finest. We may use vintage songs one day and modern songs the next. The outcome it the same...A
SEXY TEASE. With so many new burlesque shows out today, everyone has been asking us for this!!
Club Cardio Kickboxing- A wonderful cardiovascular workout. Who wouldn't like to throw
a punch every now and then? Our awesome instructor mixes in a kick pad and/or focus mits, which make great workout
targets. You will sweat away the pounds and definately feel a rush from this class! Class done in dark
club lighting!!!
Chickboxing-Another great cardiovascular workout. Definately
an endurance building class. This class is structured around beating up heavy bags. Your arms will
gain definition and strength and your mid section will lose inches in no time. - A
traditional style of dance with a sexy flair! Works all your muscles and requires dedication to perfect, not to mention
