Payments
All classes must be paid in full at our studio.
If purchasing a monthly package the purchase must be made by the first class of that month, otherwise
you must pay the single class fee.
All types of returned payments will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
Tardiness
If you are more then 5 minutes late you will
not be allowed to participate in the class. No Exceptions. This means that you will have forfeited
the class and there is no refund and no make up classes.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
Classes
24 Hour Notice Policy
If you cannot make it to your class you must call and give no less then 24 hour notice. You will then have
a chance to reschedule that class. If you do not call 24 hours ahead of time and/or you do not show up for your class, you
forfeit that class, you will not be allowed a Make Up class, and no money will be refunded. Class size is limited. We
will be happy to reschedule you if we receive a 24 hour notice. All Make Up Classes must be taken within two weeks of the
original class. If you miss a Make Up Class you will no longer be allowed to reschedule and you will not be refunded.
Refunds
All of our classes and merchandise is NON REFUNDABLE.
If you are unhappy in a class please speak to a staff member and he/she will gladly assist you in finding a class you feel
more comfortable in.
Guests and Class Observation
Hidden
Talents does not allow anyone to observe a class. We want our students to feel secure and comfortable in our
classes.
Schedule Changes
Hidden Talents schedules are always
subject to change. We will always keep an updated schedule on our website Hiddentalentsfitness.com. Any changes
to a schedule where you have purchased a class already you will be notified and a make-up class can be rescheduled.
You will be notified as soon as possible if there is a schedule change that will effect your class(es)
Holidays
Hidden Talents will be closed all of the major holidays.
Class Sign-ups
You must sign up for all classes in person at our location.
In order to sign up for a monthly package you must sign up by the first class of that month. Monthly packages cannot
start mid-month and go to the following mid-month. They are subject to change each month and must be purchased by the
beginning of each month.
Studio Attire
All students must be appropriately
dressed and ready for class. You must have the correct footwear before arriving to the class. If you don't
have the correct footwear and attire you will not be allowed to participate. Incorrect footwear can damage our flooring.
Please see out "Studio Attire" section for a breakdown of what you will need!! If at all possible,
we recommend that you have a separate pair of shoes for our studio, that have not been worn in anyother place other then our
studio.
Cell Phones
Please keep your phones turned
off or on vibrate during class. Distracting a class is very rude and disrespectful to the instructors.
