What to Wear to Class!

If at all possible, we recommend that you have a separate pair of shoes for our studio that have not been worn in any other place other then our studio.

This helps reduce damage to our floor, not to mention any injuries to students caused by stray pebbles caught in treads of outdoor shoes.

Intro to Pole

Tight fitting clothing, not baggy clothing. No Denim.  Hair pulled back out of face, dancer heels.  Normal street shoes or regular everyday heels can damage our flooring so please make sure you have heels that are safe.  Anything by Pleaser, Lady Studio, Luscious, Jante, Tonys, or anything purchased at our store in our studio is fine to wear.  If you have any questions PLEASE talk to our friendly staff!  NO LOTION!!!

Pole1, 2, 3, 4, and Spin Pole, and Lap Dance Fitness

Tight fitting clothing.  Shorts and a tank top with heels are the best.  Exotic dancer heels needed.  NO LOTION!!!

Burlesque

Tight fitting workout/dance style clothing.  heels or character shoes ok. We do sell good dance heels for burlesque in our studio.

Hip Hop

Comfortable street clothing, NO DENIM, nothing with studs, chains, or anything sharp where you could hurt yourself, others, or damage our flooring.  Street shoes, no black soled shoes, no jazz shoes.  Please make sure your street shoes do not have any dirt or little rocks stuck in them or they will damage our flooring.

Go-Go

Stretchy fitness or dance attire. Go-Go boots.  (We have great deals on boots in our studio!) You MUST have Go Go boots for this class.  The majority of the class is formed around wearing boots so it is necessary.

Club Cardio Kickboxing/Ass & Ab's

Workout Attire, Yoga Mat, Hand Wraps, Towel, a lot of water.

Chickboxing

Workout Attire (no extremely lose and/or baggy clothing), Hand Wraps, Heavy Bag Gloves (weight of 12oz. or more recommend), Towel, a lot of water.  You will also want to wear you hair pulled back so you do not have to keep pulling your gloves off to fix anything.

Egyptian Belly Dance

Work out attire you can dance comfortably in and see your body.  (no baggy clothing)  Hipscarf, Zills, and Scarf.  (all items sold in our studio if you don't have them already)
